Day 01
Welcome to London
After Arrivals, meet & assist, and formalities, we set the theme by proceeding to our first Tour at the Advertising and Museum of Brands. Located on 111-117 Lancaster Road, 2 minutes from Portobello Road, we take you through 150 years of brands, packaging, and advertising through the permanent exhibition the ‘Time Tunnel’ created by consumer historian Robert Opie. The Museum presents temporary exhibitions, talks, webinars, and workshops, to create and debate ideas and examine the role of brands in history and the modern world. The Museum has a subtropical garden, and a Museum gift shop for visitors to enjoy. Break for Lunch at a local restaurant experiencing British Food. Later, check-in to the Hilton Kensington or similar. The evening is free to get some rest, or you can explore Kensington High Street which features a wide variety of familiar brand-name stores, cafes, restaurants and London’s largest Whole Foods Branch. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight London. Rest early as we will be tired from the day’s traveling.
Day 02
Finance, Media, Disruptive Tech & Innovation Tour
Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel. London is a global hub of art, politics, commerce, and finance but perhaps, above all, innovation. We seek to delve beneath the surface of the capital’s success with in-depth visits to the city’s most innovative businesses. On this tour, we’ll meet talented individuals behind the brands to discover the story of unique companies – past, present, and future. With engaging presentations tailored to specific academic and professional interests and requirements, students and teachers will be inspired with real life success stories and hands on experience with innovative technology, from blockchain, finance to fintech, hospitality to architecture, we meet the star players across a wealth of sectors. Choose from a range of tours below. Each tour is approximately 2 – 3.5 hours long. Detailed information can be shared upon request. Dreamed up by Queen Caroline in the 18th century, these celebrated gardens were originally part of Kensington Palace. Today, they are open to everyone – no longer exclusive, but still extraordinary. Explore the historic tree avenues, majestic vistas, and blossoming flower walks where generations of writers and artists have set their imaginations free. Follow in their footsteps, and you might just meet the park’s most famous fictional resident – Peter Pan, the boy who wouldn’t grow up. You can find him down by the Long Water, keeping company with the swans and ducks. As you wander through the park, you’ll discover world-famous landmarks like the towering Albert Memorial and the iconic Italian Gardens. Dinner at a local restaurant or hotel.
Day 03
Continuation of Finance, Media, Disruptive Tech & Innovation Tour
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel. We will continue our Fintech, Media & Disruptive Tech and Innovation Tour. Choose from a range of tours below. Each tour is approximately 2 – 3.5 hours long. Day 04
Full Day London Heritage & Culture tour & Flight of the London Eye
Breakfast at the hotel. The theme for today is Heritage, Culture and History. We’ll take in the sights of London on this full-day tour by private coach. Enjoy a private tour of the Tower of London, a cruise on the Thames, a visit to St. Paul's Cathedral, and the changing of the guard. You'll end your day with a flight on the London Eye! - See Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace - Tour St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Tower of London with a professional guide - Admire London from a flight on the London Eye - View the Crown Jewels Take in some of London’s most famous sights during a day with a private tour of the Tower of London, a river cruise on the Thames, and a visit to St. Paul's Cathedral. Along the way see city highlights including the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. The morning part of the tour begins with a visit to St. Paul’s Cathedral, where you enter as its doors open. Listen to the 17th-century organ that Mendelssohn once played, see medieval relics in the crypt below, and visit the tombs of famous historical figures. On Sundays, when viewing is restricted, you can enter the cathedral for one of the services. After leaving St. Paul’s Cathedral, the tour heads to Buckingham Palace, the London residence of the King, to watch the changing of the guard. If the changing of the guard is not taking place, you’ll still go to Buckingham Palace for a photo stop. Break for Lunch with a quick bite at a local eatery. In the afternoon the tour continues with a visit to the Tower of London, built in 1066 by William the Conqueror. Your guide will regale you with fascinating insights into the history of this Royal Palace and fortress. Ample time will be given to view the Crown Jewels and the White Tower and to wander around this imposing fortress. Next, enjoy a guided private river cruise on the River Thames and admire excellent views of Tower Bridge, St. Paul's Cathedral, London Bridge, and Shakespeare's Globe from the river. The spectacular finish to the day’s tour is a flight on the London Eye. Evening: Free time to explore Trafalgar Square and take in the electic atmosphere. Dinner at Trafalgar Square. Day 05
Chelsea FC Stadium and Museum Tour, and a West End Show
Breakfast at the hotel. Calling all football fans! The Chelsea FC Stadium and Museum Tour has been enjoyed by millions of sports fans from all around the world for the last 22 years. Chelsea’s fantastic live tour guides lead us through Stamford Bridge on a fantastic 60-minute experience including the dressing rooms, press room, players' tunnel, pitch side and much more. The Chelsea FC Museum, home to the most complete collection of silverware in London, can be visited either before or after the tour and is included in the price of the ticket. Break for lunch at a local restaurant / café. After lunch, we’ll escort you to a pre-booked West End Show at London Theatre District @ 2:30 pm / 3:00 pm (Mama Mia, Lion King or Tina - The Tina Turner Musical / other) Duration 2.30 hrs. After the show, we’ll head to Camden Market for local vintage shopping and unique offerings. Camden Market offers a unique experience that combines an eclectic mix of over 1,000 unusual and unique shops, restaurants and cafes. Dinner at Camden Market. Overnight London.
Day 06
Bid farewell to London, and Depart for Dubai
Breakfast at the hotel. Students have some time to do last minute shopping in Kensington. Check-out, bid farewell, and head to the airport for departues home.
